Roles and Responsibilites
- Demand Planning
Lead demand forecasting and planning across regions and channels
Drive forecast accuracy through data, analytics, and close alignment with sales teams
- Supply & Production Planning
Own supply planning and production alignment across multiple plants
Ensure optimal capacity utilization and production scheduling
Balance demand-supply gaps while minimizing stock-outs and excess inventory
- Inventory & Working Capital Management
Drive inventory optimization across plants, warehouses, and distribution network
Ensure right stock availability across SKUs and locations
- S&OP & Integrated Planning
Lead the S&OP process, ensuring cross-functional alignment (sales, manufacturing, procurement, finance)
Drive scenario planning and decision-making frameworks
- Distribution & Network Planning
Optimize distribution and replenishment planning across the network
Improve service levels, fill rates, and order fulfillment timelines
Support network design and expansion initiatives
- Process Excellence & Digitization
Drive planning excellence through automation, analytics, and digital tools
Implement best practices in planning systems and dashboards
Skills and qualifications
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or Equivalent in Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations
- 12+ years of experience in planning roles within FMCG / beverages / high-volume manufacturing
Skills
- Strong expertise in demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management
- Proven experience in leading S&OP and integrated business planning
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience with planning tools, ERP systems, and digital transformation initiatives
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
