Roles and Responsibilites
- Revenue Ownership
Drive end-to-end revenue growth strategy and execution
Build a strong and predictable enterprise sales pipeline
- Enterprise Sales
Lead large deal closures with banks, NBFCs, and fintechs
Engage with CXOs (CEO/CRO/CTO) to drive adoption
- Build the Business Function
Hire and scale the business development team
Establish sales processes, pricing, and GTM playbooks
- Strategic Growth
Identify new market opportunities and expansion areas
Work closely with product to align offerings with market needs
Skills and qualifications
15+ years of experience in enterprise sales / business leadership
Strong track record of selling into BFSI (banks/NBFCs/fintechs)
Existing CXO-level relationships within the ecosystem
Experience in 0→1 or 1→10 journey in a startup or high-growth environment
Ability to operate in ambiguity and build from scratch
