A fast-growing, venture-backed AI platform operating in the consumer intelligence and fraud prevention space. The company partners with banks, NBFCs, and fintechs to solve a critical industry problem: enabling high-growth lending while minimizing fraud and risk.

Built by experienced founders and backed by a reputed venture builder + institutional investor, the company is in an early but validated stage with live deployments across multiple financial institutions.

Roles and Responsibilites

  1. Revenue Ownership

Drive end-to-end revenue growth strategy and execution

Build a strong and predictable enterprise sales pipeline

  1. Enterprise Sales

Lead large deal closures with banks, NBFCs, and fintechs

Engage with CXOs (CEO/CRO/CTO) to drive adoption

  1. Build the Business Function

Hire and scale the business development team

Establish sales processes, pricing, and GTM playbooks

  1. Strategic Growth

Identify new market opportunities and expansion areas

Work closely with product to align offerings with market needs

Skills and qualifications

15+ years of experience in enterprise sales / business leadership

Strong track record of selling into BFSI (banks/NBFCs/fintechs)

Existing CXO-level relationships within the ecosystem

Experience in 0→1 or 1→10 journey in a startup or high-growth environment

Ability to operate in ambiguity and build from scratch
