Key Responsibilities Charter
- Lead execution of large-scale marketing programs across global and thematic platforms
- Drive commercialization of new product launches and packaging innovations across all channel verticals
- Manage incubation portfolios, fostering experimentation and piloting upcoming innovations
- Champion focus brand agendas with a vision to deliver exponential growth through execution and innovation
- Oversee end-to-end marketing program assets, ensuring alignment with customer partnerships and joint initiatives
- Ensure seamless go-to-market strategies for new products, balancing speed, quality, and impact
- Build frameworks for innovation testing, learning loops, and scaling successful pilots
- Align brand growth strategies with cross-functional teams to maximize market penetration and consumer engagement
- Strengthen execution excellence by integrating consumer, shopper, and customer insights into program design
Skills and qualifications
- 12–15 years of experience with cross‑functional stakeholder management
- Track record of leading, coaching, and inspiring high‑performing teams
- Strong grasp of business financials, P&L, marketing program ROI, customer proposals, and product value chains
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate consumer, shopper, and customer insights into strategy
- Exceptional attention to detail and deep understanding of business processes
- Skilled at enhancing team capabilities through diverse learning and development methods
- Adept at navigating complex business processes with awareness of internal networks and external customer impact
- Solid business acumen across multiple channels including Modern Trade and e‑commerce
