Roles and Responsibilites

Key Responsibilities Charter

  • Lead execution of large-scale marketing programs across global and thematic platforms
  • Drive commercialization of new product launches and packaging innovations across all channel verticals
  • Manage incubation portfolios, fostering experimentation and piloting upcoming innovations
  • Champion focus brand agendas with a vision to deliver exponential growth through execution and innovation
  • Oversee end-to-end marketing program assets, ensuring alignment with customer partnerships and joint initiatives
  • Ensure seamless go-to-market strategies for new products, balancing speed, quality, and impact
  • Build frameworks for innovation testing, learning loops, and scaling successful pilots
  • Align brand growth strategies with cross-functional teams to maximize market penetration and consumer engagement
  • Strengthen execution excellence by integrating consumer, shopper, and customer insights into program design

Skills and qualifications

  • 12–15 years of experience with cross‑functional stakeholder management
  • Track record of leading, coaching, and inspiring high‑performing teams
  • Strong grasp of business financials, P&L, marketing program ROI, customer proposals, and product value chains
  • Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate consumer, shopper, and customer insights into strategy
  • Exceptional attention to detail and deep understanding of business processes
  • Skilled at enhancing team capabilities through diverse learning and development methods
  • Adept at navigating complex business processes with awareness of internal networks and external customer impact
  • Solid business acumen across multiple channels including Modern Trade and e‑commerce
