Roles and Responsibilites
- Build and manage strategic relationships with leading restaurant chains across India
- Drive joint business planning, ensuring alignment of sales, marketing, and operational objectives
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements to maximize value creation
- Lead execution of product launches, menu integrations, and pack innovations within partner accounts
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and deliver growth targets across assigned accounts
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure seamless execution
- Identify opportunities for category expansion and new product placement in restaurant channels
- Provide insights on consumer trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity to shape strategy
- Ensure compliance with service standards, timely deliveries, and quality expectations
- Act as the primary liaison between the organization and restaurant partners, fostering long‑term collaboration
Skills and qualifications
- 10-14 years of proven experience primarily managing key relationships with franchisee/chain restaurants
- Masters Education in Business Administration/Hotel Management
- Current/Preferred location to be Gurgaon
- Willingness to work on a 1 year assignment basis
