Roles and Responsibilites

  • Build and manage strategic relationships with leading restaurant chains across India
  • Drive joint business planning, ensuring alignment of sales, marketing, and operational objectives
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements to maximize value creation
  • Lead execution of product launches, menu integrations, and pack innovations within partner accounts
  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and deliver growth targets across assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure seamless execution
  • Identify opportunities for category expansion and new product placement in restaurant channels
  • Provide insights on consumer trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity to shape strategy
  • Ensure compliance with service standards, timely deliveries, and quality expectations
  • Act as the primary liaison between the organization and restaurant partners, fostering long‑term collaboration

Skills and qualifications

  • 10-14 years of proven experience primarily managing key relationships with franchisee/chain restaurants
  • Masters Education in Business Administration/Hotel Management
  • Current/Preferred location to be Gurgaon
  • Willingness to work on a 1 year assignment basis
