HR Business Partnering

• Partner with business leaders to understand team dynamics and drive people strategies that support growth and retention
• Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Track key people metrics such as attrition and proactively address trends
• Support managers through performance discussions and team-related challenges

Strategic Initiatives & Program Management

• Lead end-to-end design and execution of people programs across performance, talent development, and engagement
• Manage timelines, stakeholder alignment, and success metrics for key initiatives
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective rollout of programs

Performance Management

• Own and manage performance cycles including goal setting, reviews, and evaluations
• Enable managers to effectively handle performance conversations and improvement plans
• Analyze performance data to identify high potential talent and capability gaps
• Partner on learning and development interventions based on business needs

• 8 to 13 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to business partnering
• MBA or equivalent qualification in Human Resources
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational initiatives
