Roles and Responsibilites
HR Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to understand team dynamics and drive people strategies that support growth and retention
- Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Track key people metrics such as attrition and proactively address trends
- Support managers through performance discussions and team-related challenges
Strategic Initiatives & Program Management
- Lead end-to-end design and execution of people programs across performance, talent development, and engagement
- Manage timelines, stakeholder alignment, and success metrics for key initiatives
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective rollout of programs
Performance Management
- Own and manage performance cycles including goal setting, reviews, and evaluations
- Enable managers to effectively handle performance conversations and improvement plans
- Analyze performance data to identify high potential talent and capability gaps
- Partner on learning and development interventions based on business needs
Skills and qualifications
- 8 to 13 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to business partnering
- MBA or equivalent qualification in Human Resources
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational initiatives
