Roles and Responsibilites

Hiring Strategy & Execution

  • Lead end to end recruitment across volume, specialized, and leadership hiring
  • Build and execute a hiring roadmap aligned with business growth plans
  • Ensure consistent delivery against hiring targets while maintaining quality

Process & Operational Excellence

  • Design and standardize recruitment processes for scalability and efficiency
  • Track and optimize key hiring metrics such as time to hire and quality of hire
  • Ensure process adherence and strong governance across hiring workflows

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and priorities
  • Act as a strategic advisor on hiring trends, talent availability, and compensation
  • Align hiring plans with overall business objectives

Employer Branding & Talent Pipelines

  • Drive employer branding initiatives in collaboration with internal teams
  • Build and manage diverse talent pipelines across channels
  • Lead and scale campus hiring programs

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of recruiters
  • Build a high performance, outcome driven hiring culture
  • Enable capability building and development within the team

Data & Systems

  • Drive adoption of recruitment tools and systems
  • Maintain data accuracy and generate insights for decision making

Skills and qualifications

  • 10 to 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in high growth or tech environments
  • Proven experience in scaling hiring across multiple functions and levels
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, processes, and talent markets
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem solving
