Roles and Responsibilites

Strategic HR Initiatives & Program Management

  • Design and drive end to end people initiatives aligned with business priorities
  • Lead programs across talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness
  • Define program goals, timelines, success metrics, and ensure effective execution
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive alignment and successful rollout

Change Management

  • Lead change initiatives including planning, communication, and execution
  • Act as a change enabler to drive adoption across teams and functions
  • Support managers and teams through transitions and new initiatives
  • Identify and address challenges to ensure smooth implementation

Monitoring, Evaluation & Insights

  • Track key metrics and effectiveness of people programs
  • Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from stakeholders
  • Analyze data to derive insights and improve program outcomes
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership reviews

Continuous Improvement & Institutionalization

  • Integrate learnings into existing people processes and frameworks
  • Drive continuous improvement across talent and people practices
  • Support adoption of tools, systems, and new ways of working
  • Build scalable and sustainable frameworks for long term impact

Skills and qualifications

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in talent management, HR programs, or related roles
  • Strong experience in designing and executing people initiatives
  • Excellent communication, articulation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to translate research and insights into actionable programs
  • Strong execution focus with attention to detail and timelines
  • Ability to work in fast paced, evolving environments
