Roles and Responsibilites
Strategic HR Initiatives & Program Management
- Design and drive end to end people initiatives aligned with business priorities
- Lead programs across talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness
- Define program goals, timelines, success metrics, and ensure effective execution
- Partner with stakeholders to drive alignment and successful rollout
Change Management
- Lead change initiatives including planning, communication, and execution
- Act as a change enabler to drive adoption across teams and functions
- Support managers and teams through transitions and new initiatives
- Identify and address challenges to ensure smooth implementation
Monitoring, Evaluation & Insights
- Track key metrics and effectiveness of people programs
- Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from stakeholders
- Analyze data to derive insights and improve program outcomes
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership reviews
Continuous Improvement & Institutionalization
- Integrate learnings into existing people processes and frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement across talent and people practices
- Support adoption of tools, systems, and new ways of working
- Build scalable and sustainable frameworks for long term impact
Skills and qualifications
- 8 to 12 years of experience in talent management, HR programs, or related roles
- Strong experience in designing and executing people initiatives
- Excellent communication, articulation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Ability to translate research and insights into actionable programs
- Strong execution focus with attention to detail and timelines
- Ability to work in fast paced, evolving environments
