Roles and Responsibilites
Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for our D2C personal care brand. The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across multiple channels to achieve scalable and profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other performance channels (YouTube, Display, Affiliates, etc.)
Manage daily campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI and CAC efficiency
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tracking platforms
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to improve conversion rates
Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives aligned with brand positioning
Track key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates, and share actionable insights
Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and audience segments for scaling campaigns
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing
Skills and qualifications
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in performance/digital marketing, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce setup
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or similar
Understanding of conversion funnels, attribution models, and campaign optimization techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in personal care, beauty, or FMCG brands
Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, or marketing automation tools
