Roles and Responsibilites
- Build and scale a structured, business-aligned education ecosystem to drive customer activation, product adoption, and retention
- Design end-to-end learning journeys across customers, partners, and field teams, including onboarding and continuous capability building
- Develop scalable education channels and content (digital, on-ground, certifications) to drive market penetration
- Establish systems, feedback loops, and KPIs to measure impact on partner productivity, feature adoption, and overall business outcomes
Skills and qualifications
- 7 –12 years of experience in training, enablement, or capability-building roles within product or partner-led businesses.
- Exposure to large channel distribution
-L&D architect who can create plans on training , strong ability to connect education initiatives with measurable business impact
- Experience building scalable learning systems, content, and processes
- Analytical, execution-focused, and comfortable working across strategy and on-ground delivery
- Strong stakeholder management with high ownership and a growth mindset
