Roles and Responsibilites

  • Travel Retail: Lead sales strategy and execution across duty-free and travel retail channels, maximizing visibility and revenue.
  • Alternate Channels: Identify and develop new avenues (hospitality, e-commerce, experiential platforms, corporate tie-ups) to diversify revenue streams.
  • Strategic Planning: Design and implement channel-specific sales strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless execution and profitability.
  • Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform decision-making.

Skills and qualifications

  • 10–15 years of progressive sales experience in alcobev.
  • Proven success in managing travel retail, key accounts, or alternate channels.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with top-tier clients.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and unlock new opportunities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively across domestic and international markets.
