Roles and Responsibilites
– Develop and execute regional trade marketing plans aligned with overall brand and business objectives.
– Drive visibility, merchandising, and activation programs across on-trade and off-trade channels.
– Design and implement trade schemes, promotions, and retail initiatives to drive offtake.
– Work closely with sales, distributors, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
Skills and qualifications
- Graduate/MBA with 6–10 years of experience in trade marketing or sales within FMCG or premium consumer categories.
- Strong understanding of channel dynamics, retail execution, and customer marketing.
- Experience in managing distributor networks and trade relationships.
- Strong analytical, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
