Roles and Responsibilites
Manage the brand end-to-end including strategy, planning, execution, and performance delivery.
Lead integrated ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns to strengthen awareness and consumer engagement.
Drive product launches, packaging upgrades, and portfolio initiatives based on market trends.
Skills and qualifications
MBA from a top-tier B-school preferred.
6–8 years of total experience with 3–4 years in brand management roles.
Prior experience owning a brand or category end-to-end is mandatory.
FMCG experience is essential, prior sales experience of 1 year is good to have.
