1. Own the install-to-first-trade funnel end to end — measure, diagnose, fix, prove
2. Drive activation improvements via experimentation, UX optimization, and funnel redesign
3. Navigate compliance to find the fastest compliant onboarding path; Reduce onboarding TAT without compromising regulatory requirements
4. Design and run A/B tests and phased rollouts across every funnel step
5. Build the onboarding roadmap aligned with Sahi's growth phase

1. 2-4 yrs PM experience, at least 1 year at a stock broker
2. Hands-on with broker onboarding: KYC/eKYC, eSign, Demat, CDSL, bank verification, FO activation
3. Strong analytical chops - SQL, cohort analysis, experiment design
4. Experience working with compliance/regulatory teams in finserv
5. First-principles thinker; productive without detailed playbooks
