Our client is a fast-scaling global fintech company operating at the intersection of digital payments, customer acquisition, and fraud prevention.
Roles and Responsibilites
- Build and lead the HR function in India across business partnering, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee experience
- Partner with leadership to drive org design, workforce planning, and capability building
- Anchor hiring strategy to support aggressive growth plans across functions
- Drive culture, engagement, and retention initiatives aligned with global values
- Establish scalable HR processes, policies, and governance frameworks
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people and organizational matters
Skills and qualifications
- 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Prior experience in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth tech/startup environments
- Demonstrated experience in building teams and scaling organizations
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- MBA (Tier 1 Institution )
