• Define product vision, multi-quarter roadmap and OKRs for user journey, search, app experience and consumer growth aligned to company goals.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities across acquisition, activation, retention and monetization
• Lead discovery, prioritization, and delivery of 0→1 products and 1→N scaling work.
• Run rapid experiments (A/B tests, cohort analysis) and translate results into scalable product changes.
• Work closely with engineering to deliver high-quality releases on tight timelines.
• Hire, mentor and grow a strong product team; set goals, performance metrics and career paths.
• Collaborate with Ops, Marketing, Data, Customer Success, and Partnerships to drive integrated programs

• 10–15 years product experience with consumer-facing products; strong preference for candidates from ops-heavy consumer businesses (e-commerce, mobility, quick commerce, food delivery, logistics).
• Proven track record of shipping both 0→1 (new product or feature launch) and 1→N (scaling, optimization) initiatives.
• Deep experience owning user journeys, search & discovery, mobile consumer apps and lifecycle/growth functions.
• Strong data literacy: comfortable with funnel and cohort analysis, A/B testing design and interpretation, basic SQL or ability to partner with analytics.
• Demonstrated people leadership: hiring, coaching, and scaling product teams.
• Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working tightly with ops teams.
• Customer-first mindset with experience running user research and translating insights into product.
