Roles and Responsibilites
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for delivery operations across multiple regions and locations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth, efficiency, and profitability.
- Oversee the performance of delivery teams, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
- Lead organizational transformation initiatives, including process optimization, technology adoption, and change management.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to set business goals, monitor KPIs, and report on operational performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and financial planning for delivery operations.
- Mentor, coach, and develop senior managers and delivery leaders to build a high-performing team.
Skills and qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
