Roles and Responsibilites
Lead the overall digital marketing strategy across performance, content, and social channels
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and ROI optimization across paid and organic channels
Own and manage large-scale marketing budgets, ensuring strong return on spend
Build and scale influencer and content ecosystems to drive brand visibility and engagement
Partner with cross-functional teams (category, product, growth, analytics) to align marketing with business goals
Track and improve campaign performance using data, insights, and experimentation frameworks
Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, driving execution excellence
Skills and qualifications
12–15+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand, or growth roles
Strong background in consumer, D2C, e-commerce, or high-growth digital businesses
Proven expertise in performance marketing, content strategy, and digital channels
Experience managing large budgets and scaling campaigns at national level
Strong exposure to influencer marketing and brand storytelling
Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business outcomes (CAC, ROAS, LTV, etc.)
