• CA or MBA (Finance) with 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Prior experience in retail, QSR, or consumer-facing businesses.
• Hands-on exposure to end-to-end finance and accounting, including reporting and operations.
• Demonstrated ability to set up and build finance processes from the ground up.
