About the Company
Our client is a leading multi-specialty healthcare institution known for its strong clinical legacy. As they continue to scale operations and expand, they are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader to drive medical and clinical hiring across the organization.
Roles and Responsibilites
- Lead end-to-end hiring for medical, clinical, nursing, and allied healthcare roles
- Drive leadership hiring for consultants, HODs, and specialist medical talent
- Partner with stakeholders to build proactive hiring and workforce plans
- Oversee credentialing, compliance, and candidate experience processes
- Lead and mentor the TA team while strengthening talent pipelines and employer branding
Skills and qualifications
- TA professional with 7-10 years of healthcare or medical recruitment experience
- Strong exposure to hiring doctors, nursing, and allied healthcare talent
- Good understanding of clinical credentialing, healthcare compliance, and stakeholder management
- Experience in super-specialty or international medical recruitment is an advantage
- Hands-on, agile, and comfortable operating in fast-paced healthcare environments
