Roles and Responsibilites
- Lead trade marketing strategy with strong general trade focus
- Drive portfolio visibility and impactful in‑store execution
- Build and manage promotional calendars tailored to general trade
- Strengthen distributor and retailer partnerships for sustainable growth
- Optimize trade investments with disciplined ROI tracking
- Develop go‑to‑market plans for new launches in general trade
- Enhance shopper engagement through localized activations
- Monitor category performance and deliver profitable expansion
- Align trade initiatives with sales objectives and brand goals
- Provide insights from general trade channels to guide strategy
- Collaborate with sales and supply chain for seamless execution
- Ensure long‑term portfolio health through consistent general trade excellence
Skills and qualifications
- 10-12 years of experience leading trade marketing for leading FMCGs
- MBA from tier 1/2 institutes will be given a preference
- Experience in digital ramp up and analytical skills are good to haves
- Current/Preferred location to be Gurugram
