Roles and Responsibilites
Drive the complete Credit to Cash lifecycle – credit approvals, billing, claims, collections
Oversee TPA & insurance claims management (cashless + reimbursements)
Ensure accurate billing & revenue capture across hospital services
Manage Accounts Receivable, ageing & collections efficiency (DSO)
Lead cash application, reconciliations & audit readiness
Build dashboards & analytics to identify leakages and improve collections
Skills and qualifications
CA with strong experience in C2C / AR / Revenue Cycle Management
Exposure to healthcare / hospitals / insurance / TPAs preferred
Strong understanding of billing, collections, and compliance (GST / Ind AS)
Hands-on with ERP / HIS / HMIS systems
Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and process improvements
