Organization Transformation Manager

Roles and Responsibilites
Drive organization design initiatives including workforce structuring, role mapping, reporting structures, and operating model improvements
Lead HR transformation projects focused on process optimization, scalability, and employee experience enhancement
Design, review, and implement HR policies, frameworks, and governance processes aligned with business requirements
Partner with business leaders and functional stakeholders to identify organizational gaps and recommend people solutions
Build and streamline HR processes across employee lifecycle stages including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and talent development
Support change management initiatives and ensure smooth implementation of new HR practices and frameworks
Develop SOPs, process documentation, and policy manuals for standardization across teams
Conduct benchmarking and research on HR best practices and organizational effectiveness models
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to drive execution timelines and transformation milestones
Support HR systems and digitization initiatives where required
Skills and qualifications
5 years of experience across HR transformation, organization design, organizational development, or strategic HR roles
Strong understanding of HR processes, policy frameworks, and organization effectiveness principles
Experience in policy design and implementation is essential
Strong stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in fast paced environments
Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving capabilities
Experience working with retail, consumer, or large scale organizations is preferred
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and process documentation tools
