Roles and Responsibilites
- Strong General Trade (GT) exposure in South markets
- Deep understanding of AP, Telangana & Tamil Nadu distribution networks
- Proven experience in handling distributor-driven business models
- Expertise in driving primary & secondary sales growth
- Strong market execution and team management capabilities
- Extensive travel across the region will be involved
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities with hands-on experience in sales and market data analysis
Skills and qualifications
- Hardcore FMCG GT experience
- Strong distributor and market relationships
- Experience in managing urban & rural trade networks
- High ownership mindset with execution excellence
- Experience: 8–14 Years
- Industry Preference: FMCG / Foods / Snacks / Packaged Foods
