Roles and Responsibilites
- Lead end-to-end leadership and niche hiring across Data Science, AI/ML, Risk, Analytics, Product, and Technology functions.
- Partner closely with senior business leaders to drive strategic talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational priorities.
- Drive strategic HR initiatives and transformation projects related to talent management, employee engagement, HR process optimization, and organizational effectiveness.
- Manage and mentor a small HR team while ensuring high-quality stakeholder and candidate experience management.
- Build strong market intelligence, talent pipelines, and hiring strategies for critical and emerging skill areas.
Skills and qualifications
- 8–12 years of HR experience with strong exposure to leadership and niche hiring across Data Science, AI/ML, Risk, Analytics, Product, or Technology functions.
- MBA / PGDM from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute with strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
- Proven experience working closely with senior leadership teams on strategic hiring mandates, workforce planning, and talent initiatives.
- Exposure to HR transformation projects, organizational initiatives, employee engagement, or process improvement programs beyond core recruitment.
- Prior experience in BFSI, FinTech, or high-growth technology-driven organizations, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
