• Lead the organisation’s finance function in a high-impact Vice President - Finance and contribute to building a diverse and inclusive leadership team, with applications strongly encouraged from women leaders
• Drive financial stewardship, strategic decision-making and complex project execution in a critical leadership role with significant business impact
• Own and lead the end-to-end finance value chain, including project finance, controllership, treasury, financial reporting and stakeholder management across a large, multi-site manufacturing and project environment
• Lead the end-to-end finance function for a large-scale manufacturing and project business, with ownership across project finance, budgeting and financial reporting
• Partner closely with senior leadership, business heads and global finance stakeholders, with significant exposure to strategic and board-level reporting
• Play a key role in driving financial transformation and scalable processes within one of India’s fastest-growing infrastructure and sustainable mobility platforms

• CA with 15-20 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong manufacturing finance background is essential, preferably within heavy engineering, capital goods, power, industrial manufacturing or infrastructure-led businesses
• Hands-on experience in EPC / project-based environments, including project finance, bid evaluation and contract structuring is preferred
• Strong controllership, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities, with experience managing audits, compliance, internal controls, and cross-functional/global stakeholder relationships
