Roles and Responsibilites
- Lead brand strategy and execution for the luxury Alcobev portfolio in Gurgaon.
- Drive premium positioning through innovative campaigns and storytelling.
- Manage end‑to‑end product launches, packaging, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with sales and trade marketing teams to ensure market visibility.
- Build strong consumer engagement through digital, experiential, and influencer channels.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee agency partnerships and external stakeholders for brand initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics and deliver against business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of excellence.
- Ensure alignment with global brand guidelines while adapting to local market dynamics.
Skills and qualifications
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in brand management, preferably within Alcobev, luxury, or premium consumer goods.
- Proven track record of managing luxury brands and delivering measurable business impact.
- Strong understanding of consumer insights, market dynamics
