Roles and Responsibilites
- Drive HR strategy and lead high-impact initiatives (PMS, succession planning, engagement, policy frameworks) aligned to business goals
- Manage end-to-end execution of strategic HR projects, ensuring timelines, resource optimization, and measurable outcomes
- Lead employee engagement, DEI, and culture-building initiatives to enhance retention and employer brand
- Leverage HR analytics, KPIs, and technology (HRIS, automation) to track effectiveness and drive data-led decisions
- Partner with leadership to manage change, risk, and stakeholder alignment across initiatives
Skills and qualifications
- MBA (Tier 1) with 12-17 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to strategic initiatives/projects
- Proven experience driving large-scale HR transformation programs in complex organizations (preferably IT/tech)
- Strong expertise in performance management, engagement, L&D, and organization development
- Analytical mindset with ability to leverage HR metrics, technology, and data for decision-making
- Strong stakeholder management, project management, and change management capabilities
