A well-established and rapidly growing auto ancillary manufacturing company catering to leading OEMs across domestic and international markets.
Roles and Responsibilites
-Lead the overall finance and accounts function for the manufacturing business.
-Drive budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial planning activities.
-Oversee plant finance, costing, inventory management, and margin analysis.
-Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, GST and regulatory requirements.
-Manage working capital, cash flow planning, and banking relationships.
Partner with business and operations teams to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
-Strengthen internal controls, financial processes, and governance frameworks.
-Support strategic initiatives including expansion, capex planning, and commercial decision-making
Skills and qualifications
-CA qualified with 12-15 years experience
-Prior experience handling finance and commercial operations in manufacturing setup
-Exposure in managing banking relationships and GST compliances
