Roles and Responsibilites

  • Market Mapping: Conduct deep research on FMCG/consumer companies, organizational structures, and leadership talent
  • Mandate Support: Assist Team Lead on end-to-end execution of CXO and senior leadership searches
  • Candidate Outreach: Identify, engage, and assess potential candidates across functions
  • Data & Insights: Build industry databases, talent pools, and competitive intelligence reports
  • Client Collaterals: Prepare pitch decks, candidate profiles, and market intelligence notes
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation for searches

Skills and qualifications

  • Experience: 0–2 years in research, consulting, analytics, or recruitment; freshers with relevant internships welcome
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, or related field preferred
  • Core Skills: Strong primary & secondary research capabilities; excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Industry Interest: Genuine passion for FMCG, consumer brands, and leadership hiring ecosystem
  • Communication: Sharp written/verbal skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders professionally
  • Mindset: High curiosity, attention to detail, and ownership to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setup
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, and CRM tools
