Roles and Responsibilites
- Lead the HRBP function for a large, operations-heavy business and drive people strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Manage and mentor a team of HR Business Partners to ensure effective delivery across the employee lifecycle
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and organization development initiatives
- Support and manage HR strategy for a workforce of 1000+ employees in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Drive culture-building, leadership alignment, employee relations, and change management initiatives across teams
Skills and qualifications
- MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute with 10–12 years of HR experience
- Strong experience working in operations-heavy organizations with exposure to large-scale workforce management
- Proven team management experience with the ability to lead and develop HRBP teams
- Strong business partnering, people management, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to thrive in high-growth setups
