The organization is focused on scaling its workforce, strengthening people practices, and building high-performing teams to support aggressive business growth and operational excellence across markets.

Roles and Responsibilites

  • Lead the HRBP function for a large, operations-heavy business and drive people strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage and mentor a team of HR Business Partners to ensure effective delivery across the employee lifecycle
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and organization development initiatives
  • Support and manage HR strategy for a workforce of 1000+ employees in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Drive culture-building, leadership alignment, employee relations, and change management initiatives across teams

Skills and qualifications

  • MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute with 10–12 years of HR experience
  • Strong experience working in operations-heavy organizations with exposure to large-scale workforce management
  • Proven team management experience with the ability to lead and develop HRBP teams
  • Strong business partnering, people management, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to thrive in high-growth setups
