A fast-growing Venture Capital fund headquartered in Bangalore, focused on investing in high-potential technology and deep-tech startups across India. The fund is backed by strong institutional capital and is actively deploying capital while building a differentiated platform to support founders and portfolio companies.

-Work closely with the Founders and Partners to define strategic priorities, investment thesis, and fund-level initiatives.

-Translate vision into clear goals, operating plans, and execution roadmaps.

-Drive portfolio monitoring, founder engagement, and value-creation initiatives for portfolio companies.

-Support fundraising efforts, LP communications, and investor relations.

-Own and drive enterprise-wide strategic programs and special initiatives sponsored by the Founders.

-Foster alignment across the investment and operations teams.

-5–7 years of experience with strong Tier-1 pedigree (IIM / IIT / MBB / Investment Banking / Strategy roles).

-Prior experience in Founder’s Office, Chief of Staff, startup, or VC/PE environment (VC/PE experience is a strong plus).

-Exceptional strategic thinking, execution excellence, and program management skills.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with comfort in data-driven decision making.

-Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

-High ownership, proactiveness, and ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced settings.
