Roles and Responsibilites
- Lead end‑to‑end brand management, from planning to execution.
- Formulate and implement brand strategies aligned with company vision.
- Identify unique market needs and consumer opportunities.
- Develop advertising campaigns and promotional activities to drive brand desire.
- Strengthen trade relationships through impactful brand programs.
- Ensure brand positioning resonates with target consumers.
- Monitor performance against defined brand objectives and KPIs.
- Manage allocated brand budget effectively and responsibly.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, and creative teams.
- Continuously analyze market trends to refine strategies and maintain competitive edge.
Skills and qualifications
- 12 to 15 years of experience in brand management preferably from FMCG/Alcobev
- Current preferred role to be Bengaluru
- Experience in handling brand P&L, Agency management, creative development process, digital and content marketing, passion for building craft and challenger brands
- A master's education is preferred although not necessary
