Performance Marketing Lead
About the Company
A fast-growing D2C healthcare and wellness brand is looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to drive digital growth, customer acquisition, and revenue scaling across online channels. The role will focus on managing and optimizing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and other paid platforms while driving ROI-led growth and performance-driven marketing strategies.
Roles and Responsibilites
Performance Marketing & Growth
Lead end-to-end performance marketing strategy across digital channels.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through paid campaigns.
Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube, and affiliate channels.
Build and scale high-performing acquisition funnels across digital platforms.
Monitor and improve CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, retention metrics, and overall campaign performance.
Drive experimentation, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and optimization strategies.
Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan and execute full-funnel digital campaigns aligned with business and brand objectives.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation across channels.
Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and messaging.
Collaborate with brand and product teams for launch campaigns and GTM initiatives.
Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights for business growth.
Analytics & Consumer Insights
Leverage analytics tools and dashboards to monitor campaign performance and consumer behavior.
Drive data-backed decision making and growth optimization initiatives.
Identify emerging digital trends, platform updates, and growth opportunities.
Build reporting frameworks and performance dashboards for leadership reviews.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, content, product, and e-commerce teams to drive integrated growth strategies.
Coordinate with agencies, platform partners, and external stakeholders where required.
Support overall brand growth and online business scaling initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related fields. MBA preferred.
4–8 years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing roles.
Strong preference for candidates from D2C, e-commerce, wellness, healthcare, FMCG, personal care, or consumer internet brands.
Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, and other paid channels.
Strong understanding of attribution, analytics, digital funnels, and consumer acquisition metrics.
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer, Clevertap, or similar platforms preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
