Roles and Responsibilites
Own brand strategy, identity, and storytelling, shaping how the brand shows up across all consumer touchpoints.
Lead consumer growth through a mix of paid, organic, content, and creator marketing initiatives.
Drive end-to-end campaign execution, owning KPIs and optimising for acquisition, retention, and brand health.
Partner closely with product and creative teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all channels.
Build and manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and influencers to amplify brand reach.
Skills and qualifications
5–12 years of brand and marketing experience in B2C consumer businesses, with a strong understanding of both creative and performance marketing.
Proven ability to build and execute 360 campaigns across paid, organic, content, and influencer channels.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyse, and optimise across acquisition, retention, and brand health metrics.
