Roles and Responsibilites
- Lead end-to-end lateral hiring across corporate and business functions aligned with organizational hiring goals
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand talent requirements and drive timely hiring closures
- Manage sourcing strategy through multiple channels including market mapping, referrals, consultants, and direct hiring initiatives
- Drive recruitment governance, hiring analytics, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives
- Build strong talent pipelines for critical mandates in a fast-paced environment
Skills and qualifications
- MBA with 8–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong exposure to lateral hiring
- Proven experience managing lateral hiring in consumer, retail, QSR, ecommerce, FMCG, or operations-driven organizations
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities
- Strong execution orientation, communication skills, and ability to work in high-growth environments
