1. Lead the Business Intelligence and analytics function across business, revenue, and operations.
2. Build dashboards, reporting systems, and actionable business insights for leadership.
3. Analyze key metrics including funnels, revenue, retention, productivity, and operational performance.
4. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-backed decision-making.
5. Establish strong data governance, reporting accuracy, and automation frameworks.
6. Build and mentor a high-performing BI/analytics team.

1. 8–12+ years of experience in BI, Analytics, or Strategy Analytics.
2. Strong expertise in SQL and BI tools such as Power BI/Tableau/Looker.
3. Experience working with leadership teams and business metrics.
4. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
5. Startup/high-growth ecosystem experience preferred.
