About the Company

Our Client is a fast growing player in the building materials industry and a leading player in the façade and building envelope industry, specializing in innovative glass and aluminium façade solutions for commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments. The company is known for delivering technically advanced, aesthetically driven, and high-performance façade systems that align with modern architectural standards.

Roles and Responsibilites

Key Responsibilities

Estimation & Costing Management

* Lead the estimation function for façade and aluminium system projects.

* Prepare detailed techno-commercial estimations, BOQs, and costing sheets.

* Ensure accurate aluminium costing, façade system calculations, and project budgeting.

* Develop logical and technically justified costing methodologies and estimation processes.

Tendering & Commercial Management

* Handle tendering activities including bid preparation, commercial evaluations, and contract negotiations.

* Review tender documents, specifications, and project scope requirements.

* Coordinate with internal stakeholders during bid submissions and commercial closures.

Drawing Review & Change Extraction

* Review architectural and façade drawings to identify scope changes, variations, and extraction requirements.

* Perform manual calculations and quantity take-offs with high accuracy.

* Ensure proper documentation and tracking of design modifications and commercial impacts.

Contracts & Documentation

* Manage all contract documentation, vendor coordination, and compliance-related activities.

* Monitor project variations, claims, and contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle.

* Maintain strong documentation processes and commercial records.

Cross-Functional Coordination

* Coordinate with design, procurement, project execution, and commercial teams for seamless project delivery.

* Support project teams with technical-commercial inputs and clarifications.

Team Leadership

* Lead and mentor a team of 6 members, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and process adherence.

Skills and qualifications

Desired Candidate Profile

* 8–12 years of experience in the façade industry.

* Strong technical knowledge of façade systems, glass, aluminium, and related materials.

* Expertise in estimation, tendering, contracts management, and commercial documentation.

* Strong command over manual calculations, drawing interpretation, and change extraction.

* Ability to justify costing and commercial decisions through structured analysis.

* Experience in handling multiple large-scale façade projects simultaneously.

* Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
