1. Partner directly with the Founder & CEO to drive strategic initiatives, business transformation programs, and high-priority cross-functional projects
2. Act as the central force behind AI adoption across the organization, identifying opportunities to leverage AI for product innovation, operational efficiency, customer engagement, and decision-making
3. Work closely with Product, Technology, Business, and Operations teams to evaluate, prioritize, and execute AI-led initiatives
4. Build business cases, strategic frameworks, and implementation roadmaps for emerging technologies and new growth opportunities
5. Drive organizational alignment, monitor execution of key strategic priorities, and ensure seamless coordination across teams
6. Support executive decision-making through structured problem-solving, data-driven insights, and rigorous analysis
7. Lead special projects spanning product strategy, automation, process optimization, expansion opportunities, and innovation programs

5–10 years of experience across Chief of Staff, Founder’s Office, Product Strategy, Product Management, Consulting, Business Strategy, or Technology-focused roles

Strong exposure to AI products, Generative AI, Machine Learning applications, automation platforms, or emerging technology ecosystems

Experience building, scaling, or launching technology products, AI-enabled solutions, or digital transformation initiatives is highly preferred

Exceptional problem-solving, stakeholder management, and program execution capabilities

Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while driving outcomes across multiple workstreams

Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and founders
