Roles and Responsibilites
- Define and execute the overall Go-To-Market strategy across channels
- Drive growth across General Trade, Modern Trade, E-commerce, and emerging channels
- Expand distribution reach and optimize route-to-market effectiveness
- Strengthen trade execution, merchandising, and retail visibility
- Improve sales productivity through planning, automation, and performance management
- Partner with cross-functional teams on pricing, forecasting, and product launches
- Build and lead high-performing sales and trade teams
Skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field; MBA preferred
- 7–12 years of experience in FMCG sales, trade marketing, channel development, or commercial roles
- Strong expertise in General Trade, Modern Trade, E-commerce, distribution management, and route-to-market design
- Proven ability to lead sales teams, drive channel growth, and deliver commercial results in fast-paced environments
- Good understanding of pricing, promotions, trade execution, and sales analytics
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making and business growth
- Strong leadership, communication, and execution capabilities
