We work closely with founders, CXOs, and business leaders across sectors, helping them identify, attract, and engage exceptional talent through executive search, market intelligence, and talent advisory solutions.

Roles and Responsibilites

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Lagrange Point's LinkedIn presence, including content planning, creation, publishing, and engagement.
  • Develop thought leadership content around leadership, talent trends, hiring insights, and industry developments.
  • Create digital marketing campaigns to improve brand visibility and generate inbound engagement.
  • Conceptualize and execute innovative marketing initiatives, campaigns, and brand-building activities.
  • Identify and manage PR opportunities, media collaborations, podcasts, webinars, and industry features.
  • Organize and coordinate networking events, leadership roundtables, panel discussions, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Work closely with consultants and leadership teams to convert market insights into engaging content.
  • Track content and campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Build and manage marketing calendars and ensure consistent brand communication.

Skills and qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
  • Experience marketing B2B and/or B2C service businesses.
  • Strong content writing and storytelling skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision.
  • Creative thinker with a strong bias for execution.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Interest in talent, leadership, consulting, recruitment, or professional services is a plus.
