A fast-growing fertility and IVF healthcare network operating 80+ centres across India. Founded and led by senior fertility clinicians, the organisation is entering its next phase of scale and is building out its senior leadership team to drive standardisation, operational excellence, and an exceptional patient experience across its growing network of centres.

1. Hold full operational P&L accountability across all centres, drive revenue, cost, and margin performance at centre, cluster, and regional level
2. Standardize SOPs and service protocols across the network to deliver consistent, high-quality patient outcomes
3. Improve unit economics by driving capacity utilization (cycle volumes, OT and equipment throughput and reducing operational leakage)
4. Lead new-centre rollout, ramp-up, and time-to-breakeven management for greenfield sites, oversee operational integration of acquired units
5. Build and lead a multi-region operations organization; set KPIs, review cadence, and a strong performance culture
6. Own the end-to-end patient journey from enquiry-to-treatment conversion through NPS and grievance resolution
7. Lead procurement, supply chain, and vendor management for consumables, equipment, and pharmacy
8. Drive workflow digitization and data-driven performance management across the network

• 10–12 years of operations leadership, with significant experience running a distributed, multi-unit / multi-outlet network
• Industry fit: QSR, single-specialty healthcare chains, dermatology/wellness chains, hospitality, or automobile dealership networks
• Demonstrated multi-unit / multi-region P&L ownership with a track record of scaling networks while improving unit economics
• Strong on SOPs, standardisation, service excellence, and leading large, geographically distributed operations teams
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, founder-led, high-growth environment
• MBA preferred
