A prominent family office manages a diversified private investment portfolio with a key holding in a well-established pharmaceutical and API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) manufacturer. The portfolio company has a strong presence in specialty chemicals and pharma manufacturing and is entering an active phase of strategic growth. The family office is now deepening its engagement with this portfolio company at the Board level.

1. Develop strategic frameworks and analyses to support investment and operational decisions for the pharma portfolio
2. Prepare Board-level presentations, memos, and strategic briefs on behalf of the Managing Partner
3. Act as the articulation layer between the Managing Partner and the Board, structuring thinking and driving follow-through
4. Track strategic initiatives against milestones, proactively flag risks and recommend course corrections
5. Liaise with functional heads on execution across manufacturing scale-up, capacity planning, BD, and regulatory compliance
6. Maintain updated intelligence on Indian and global pharma/API markets, CDSCO, USFDA, and EU regulatory developments
7. Support evaluation of new pharma investments, partnerships, and adjacency opportunities

• MBA from a Tier-1 institutions
• 10-12 years of experience, with a primary background in pharma or healthcare consulting
• Strong working knowledge of the API value chain, pharma manufacturing, and regulatory frameworks
• High analytical rigour with strong financial modelling and data interpretation skills
• Comfort operating in a lean, fast-moving environment with high autonomy and limited institutional structure

Prior exposure to family offices or promoter-led organisations is a plus
