Roles and Responsibilites
- Define and execute the doctor acquisition roadmap, with a focus on geographic expansion and specialty coverage gaps
- Own the end-to-end onboarding and credentialing process, drive long-term doctor engagement and retention
- Establish clinical governance standards to ensure all network professionals meet quality and compliance benchmarks
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements, payout structures, and SLAs with practitioners and clinics
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to integrate doctor feedback and enhance the platform
- Use supply-demand analytics to prioritise recruitment in high-need regions and specialties
Skills and qualifications
- 10+ years in healthcare operations, network hospital management, or healthcare aggregator platforms
- Strong existing network within the medical community and professional healthcare bodies
- Proven track record in complex commercial negotiations and partnership management
- Demonstrated leadership of high-performing teams with executive stakeholder management
