About the Company

Roles and Responsibilites
-Own the end-to-end category P&L, including revenue growth, pricing, gross margins, profitability, and overall commercial performance.
-Define and execute category strategy, assortment architecture, and portfolio plans based on consumer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
-Drive inventory productivity, demand planning, replenishment strategy, and working capital optimization.
-Lead the product development and innovation agenda, ensuring strong alignment between customer demand, profitability, and speed-to-market.
-Partner closely with sourcing, vendors, manufacturing, supply chain, and planning teams to improve cost efficiencies, quality standards, and scalability.
-Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to drive category growth and market share.
-Build and mentor a high-performing team while establishing robust performance metrics and governance processes.
Skills and qualifications
-8–15 years of experience across Category Management, Merchandising, Buying, Product Management, or Commercial Leadership roles.
-Strong exposure to Jewellery, Luxury Retail, Premium Lifestyle, Watches, or adjacent consumer categories.
-Demonstrated ownership of category P&L, gross margins, inventory, and business performance metrics.
-Proven track record in product development, assortment planning, merchandising, and category growth.
-Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.
-Experience working in high-growth, consumer-facing organizations will be preferred.
