• Lead global customs and international trade compliance operations across multiple geographies.
• Ensure adherence to import/export regulations, tariff classifications, valuation, licensing, and origin requirements.
• Drive duty optimization, FTA utilization, and landed cost improvement initiatives.
• Manage customs documentation, regulatory updates, and audit readiness for raw materials and finished goods.
• Partner with supply chain, logistics, sourcing, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless trade operations.
• Monitor geopolitical and regulatory risks impacting global trade flows and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage customs brokers, logistics partners, and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.
• Support trade digitization, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives globally.

10–12 years of experience in Customs, International Trade, Global Logistics, or Supply Chain operations.

Strong expertise in trade compliance, customs regulations, FTAs, tariff classification, and import/export processes.

Experience working in multinational organizations with exposure to global trade operations.

Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and trade automation tools preferred.

Prior exposure to manufacturing, retail, FMCG, consumer goods, or sourcing-led industries is advantageous.
