About the Company

Our client is leveraging a massive consumer data ecosystem to build next-generation intelligence products that help businesses acquire, engage, and convert customers more effectively. The company operates in the fintech lending distribution space and serves customers through a large network of banking and financial institution partnerships.

Roles and Responsibilites

✅ Build and scale customer acquisition and growth products

✅ Convert large-scale consumer and transaction data into actionable business intelligence

✅ Partner closely with Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams

✅ Design customer segmentation, lead scoring, propensity models, and recommendation engines

✅ Drive experimentation through A/B testing and funnel optimization

✅ Own key growth metrics such as CAC, Conversion Rate, Activation, Retention, and Revenue

✅ Work extensively with Meta, Google, CRM, and performance marketing ecosystems

✅ Develop B2B intelligence products, dashboards, and APIs for internal and external stakeholders

✅ Translate complex business problems into scalable product solutions

Skills and qualifications

✔ 6–8 years of Product Management experience in Fintech industry

✔ Strong analytical mindset with SQL/Data Analytics exposure

✔ Experience in Growth Product, Acquisition, Retention, or Martech products

✔ Understanding of digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, CRM)

✔ Experience in Consumer Tech, Fintech, E-commerce, Gaming, or high-growth internet businesses

✔ Ability to work in a founder-led, fast-paced environment
