Roles and Responsibilites

  • Lead the global Talent Acquisition strategy across technology, product, engineering, leadership, and corporate hiring functions.
  • Partner with senior business leaders to drive workforce planning, talent forecasting, and hiring aligned with organizational growth objectives.
  • Build and scale high-performing recruitment teams, processes, and talent acquisition frameworks across geographies.
  • Drive employer branding, talent intelligence, market mapping, and innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Leverage recruitment analytics, technology, and data-driven insights to enhance hiring effectiveness, candidate experience, and overall TA performance.

Skills and qualifications

  • MBA from a Tier 1 institute with 12-15 years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • Strong background in technology, product, engineering, and leadership hiring
  • Experience in SaaS, product, internet, digital, or other new-age technology organizations
  • Proven track record of scaling teams in high-growth environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and strategic hiring expertise
