Roles and Responsibilites
- Proven Global Finance Leader with independent leadership capability, backed by Big 4 experience and exposure to both large services firms and high-growth mid-sized companies
- Global multi-entity finance leadership experience (or IPO exposure), with strong command of GL control, intercompany accounting, and US GAAP
- Solid M&A due diligence and financial reporting expertise
Skills and qualifications
- Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Proven experience leading Global Finance functions in a complex, multi-entity environment or driving finance through an IPO journey
- Deep expertise in global controllership, financial reporting, GL governance, intercompany accounting, internal controls, and audit management.
- Exposure to US GAAP is a strong plus
- Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to influence leadership, auditors, and cross-functional teams
