Roles and Responsibilites
-Lead the finance function including financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, MIS, taxation, treasury, and audits.
-Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, NBFC guidelines, and other statutory requirements.
-Drive financial planning, forecasting, cash flow management, and profitability analysis.
-Establish strong internal controls, risk management processes, and governance frameworks.
-Partner with business teams on strategic initiatives, lending growth, and operational efficiency.
-Manage relationships with auditors, regulators, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders.
Skills and qualifications
-CA qualified with 8-15 years of experience
-Prior experience handling end to end finance in NBFC or Fintech sector
