1. Lead financial and commercial strategy across pricing, product and growth, reporting into the CFO and working closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams
2. Own pricing strategy and unit economics, driving revenue optimization, margin expansion and contribution margin improvement
3. Build financial models, business cases and analytical frameworks to support forecasting, scenario planning and executive decision-making
4. Lead annual planning cycles, budgeting and board-level financial reviews, partnering across Finance, Product and Marketing

1. CA / MBA from Tier 1 Business School
2. 5-10 years in Strategy, Product Strategy, Profitability, Pricing, Consulting, Growth or Business Finance roles
3. Prior experience in consumer tech, SaaS, subscription businesses or digital platforms preferred
4. Strong grounding in pricing, unit economics and growth analytics, with solid financial modelling skills
5. Background in top-tier consulting, founder's office, or strategy/growth roles in high-growth businesses highly relevant
6. Direct exposure to CEO/CFO office, with visibility into board-level decisions
